"My name is Dr Dawn White, a GP of more than 25 years. Throughout my journey in both medicine and life, I have noticed how powerful our “inner resources” are when dealing with illnesses, injuries, life-changing events, or common day-to-day issues that create barriers for living a full and enjoyable life.
A few years ago, I was presented with a particular health challenge of my own, and was sent on a journey of discovery to find what buoyed me when the going got tough. Having had an interest in hypnosis since studying psychology as a medical student, I went on to study for qualifications in hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) so that I could help others discover a more expansive and creative way to make changes in their lives."
